UPDATE ON FLIGHTS INTO GRAND BAHAMA - DUE TO COVID 19

Dear all,

This is to inform you that American Airline is the only Airline flying into Freeport, GB at this time with one flight a day arriving and departing (except Tues & Wed).

Requirements as follows for Entry
Negative COVID-19 PCRT test result (accredited Lab), valid 5 days prior to travel into The Bahamas
Fill out Bahamas Health Visa an online form (Travel.gov.bs)
Test results have to be uploaded with online form
Bahamas Officials will send by email approval to travel
Crew must travel with approval documents
After approval is giving (send docs to Agency) Agent will apply for entry letter for Immigration clearance at Airport.
Crew will be transported from Airport to Vessel. No Hotel check in at this time.

Requirement for Disembarking
Local Doctors to embark to conduct Testing
Two days to get results
If Testing is Negative COVID-19
Fill out Bahamas Health Visa an online form (Travel.gov.bs)
Test results have to be uploaded with online form
Bahamas Officials will email approval to travel
Once approval is giving local Agent will apply for letter so Immigration can clear crew to leave
Once clear, crew leave vessel and will be transported by Agent to Airport for flight departure
